The incredible potato I don’t know about you but I adore potatoes. I love them fried, mashed, baked, perogied, gnoccied, boiled, scalloped, chipped… it’s virtually impossible to screw up a potato. I usually give my grandmother an Amaryllis for Christmas but this year I got her some Paperwhites, to be a little different. Then I went out and got myself some because I was really craving some bloomage during these dark days.
